Cancellation Policy
In order to maintain a smooth schedule and meet client's needs, I have established a simple cancellation policy: Full payment for treatments is required at the time of booking. Please allow 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling an appointment. If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice I will provide a full refund. If you cancel your appointment with between 24 and 48 hours notice I will provide a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full price of the treatment. I will send you appointment reminders via SMS or email 48 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled time. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.
